V visited Cochin & stayed in Jose Farms for three days. It is a nice place with greenness. Mr. Jose is a kind person & is helpful in providing sightseeing routes. V enjoyed a nice hospitality over there. Keep up the good work.

Jose Farms has been one of the best; in fact the best homestay I've stayed in during my tour around the state of Kerala; why so one may ask. Because of the warm atmosphere in the compound; really welcoming and I sure had a good breakfast; reminded me of home. I do hope to come back to India one day and even to Jose Farms in the next six years at least. We stayed in Jose Farms for four days; 20/12/14 - 24/12/14. We had a comfortable stay; breakfast & dinner were tasty. Mr. Joseph was very helpful for guiding us in sightseeing in Kochi. We had a homely feeling during our stay. We shall always remember our stay in Jose Farms & look forward to meeting Joseph on our next visit. Thank you very much Mr. Joseph for everything.

My husband and I stayed at Jose Farms for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. We liked the clutter free room and the front garden area. Joseph's puppy named "Sandy" was fun to play with in the garden. We had the vegetarian breakfast. It was tasty. Above all we sincerely appreciated Joseph's help and use of his phone to make some last minute travel arrangements. If we need a place to stay in this area, we would come back to this quiet space. Thank You Joseph.

Thank you Joseph for the safe and pleasant stay. We appreciate your help and tourist information about Ernakulam-Cochin. Furthermore we are impressed with your fair and transparent billing system; especially electricity, that is charged @ actual for A/C usage. It was a comfortable seven nights stay except for disruption of hot water when we need it most- late nights and early mornings before sunrise. We believe that "Jose Farms" can be the top ranking homestay in Cochin, if some improvements are made for your Dining Hall and Internet room. We wish you success in becoming No One!!!
